STOCKHOLM — Three people were injured, and one person charged with driving while intoxicated following a personal-injury accident, according to state police.
The accident took place at the intersection of State Route 420 and Dullea Road, police said.
One driver, 69-year-old Robert A. Hyde of Massena, was charged with first-offense DWI at 7:20 p.m., police said.
The second driver, 19-year old Haylie E. Bouvia of Burke was not charged with any crime.
Police said Hyde was issued a ticket and released.
Injury details were not provided.
