HAMMOND — A Watertown man was charged with a felony following a sexual abuse complaint on May 3, according to state police.
Curtis L. Kernehan, 38, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, felony, officers said.
The alleged victim was less than 11 years of age, officers said.
Kernehan’s arrest status was not made public.
