POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged people with littering and underage possession of alcohol in recent days.

• Austin M. Black, 20, Auburn, was cited for littering on Maple Street at 11:18 p.m.
• James D. Farmer, 24, Elmira, was cited for second-degree harassment: Physical contact at 4:08 p.m. on Sept. 7.
• Madeleine A. Throumoulos, 18, Webster, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Bay Street at 12:15 a.m.
• Jerome K. O’Rourke, 31, Henderson, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing on Elm Street on Sept. 8 at 2:26 a.m. Police said they received a complaint from a person who said an intoxicated male entered his apartment, and refused to leave. Police located O’Rourke, and he was charged and released, police said.
