The family has entrusted arrangements to the care and direction of the Phillips Memorial Home in Massena.
Family and friends are welcome to call the Phillips Memorial Home, Massena on Sunday June 2, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00pm with a Celebration of Life to follow at the Massena American Legion Post No. 79.
