BRASHER FALLS -- The Massena branch of the Alcoa/Arconic 25 Year Service Club will host its free fall banquet and annual meeting Saturday, Oct. 5 at Pikes Place (previously the K of C Hall) starting with social hour at 4 p.m. Meeting at 5 p.m. and dinner to follow.  Alcoa and Arconic donated $10,000 to help defray the cost of the meeting and banquet. Everyone may bring one guest. Even though there will be no charge, RSVPs are required. Call 315-399-9077 and leave a message. Reservations must be received by Sept. 22. A ticket raffle will be held during the dinner; tickets cost $5 for 5 tickets that can be purchased at Pike's Place. Money received will be split up and distributed back to attendees who have the winning ticket number.
