MASSENA - Kenneth F. Premo, 70, of Massena, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026 at North Country Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Massena.
Kenneth was born on June 24, 1956 in Massena, the son of the late Melvin and Isabelle (Fassett) Premo. He graduated from Massena High School in 1975. Kenneth later married Rinda Moniere on September 8, 1990 at St. Mary’s Church in Massena.
Kenneth worked for Health Services for a short time and was a well-known drummer around the area playing in many bands throughout the years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and stock car racing.
Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Terilynn (Celester) O’Garro of New Jersey; a step daughter, Tara Solano of Florida; three grandchildren, Isabelle, Mackenzie and Matthew Solano; two great-grandchildren, Genevieve and Lucia.
He was predeceased by his wife Rinda on February 4, 2016 and his parents.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, 10:00 am at St. Mary’s Church in Massena. Burial will follow in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Constable, NY.
