GOUVERNEUR — A Harrisville man was charged with drug possession Wednesday afternoon, according to state police.
Logan E. Lavancha, 27, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 3:12 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
