CANTON — The St. Lawrence University men's and women's squash programs and head coach David Morrish are excited to announce Hannah Guthrie as the graduate assistant coach for the upcoming season.

"I am delighted to welcome Hannah, from Windsor, Ontario to our coaching staff," said head coach David Morrish. "Hannah was part of the coaching staff at my previous club in Canada, so I know we are getting a great coach! She will bring a wealth of knowledge to both of our programs as an accomplished player including being a Canadian U23 champion!"

Guthrie comes to St. Lawrence from the University of Windsor where she earned her Bachelor of Human Kinetics – Movement Science. The Windsor, Ontario native also served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach while at Windsor leading varsity teams through group workouts and training programs.

Guthrie brings a wealth of coaching experience to Canton, most recently serving as an assistant squash coach for nine years at Windsor Squash and Fitness. She has also held roles as a personal trainer, team Southwest Ontario squash team coach, and Squash Canada sport administrative coordinator.

Guthrie was honored as the Most Improved U19 Girl Squash Player in Ontario in 2019, awarded the HK Book Award at the University of Windsor, and was a U23 Canadian National Squash Champion in 2023.
