Rhionna M. Durham, 24, was charged with three counts of unlicensed cannabis sale and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, troopers said.
The charges were in relation to a multi-agency and long-term investigation into illegal cannabis and controlled substances from stores, specifically Smokers Corner, 985 U.S. Highway 11, where Durham was employed, police said.
Durham was arraigned in Gouverneur court and released on her own recognizance, police said.
Troopers were assisted by the Gouverneur Police Department, Ogdensburg Police Department, U.S. Homeland Security Investigations, St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Border Patrol, and Canton Police Department.
