POTSDAM - The brand new Emergency Department at Canton-Potsdam Hospital officially opened to the public on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
Patients seeking emergency care are asked to enter the department off Cottage Street in Potsdam. Patients and visitors to the Hospital are reminded to continue using the Main Entrance off Cottage Street at this time.
The Emergency Department is on the first floor of the newly constructed Regional Care Pavilion, or west wing, of the Hospital.
This is the first phase of the project to be completed, and will be followed by a Grand Opening in early October, and then by the opening of new main entrance and patient rooms in late October.
