GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur resident is accused of throwing a weighted vest through the front window of a local business, according to village police.
Shay M. Sanders, 24, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, felony, on Sept. 4, officers said.
The alleged incident took place in the early morning hours of Aug. 22, police said.
Sanders reportedly threw the vest through the window of Jones' Farm Supply on Clinton Street, police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
