GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was jailed on felonies stemming from an alleged domestic dispute Sept. 5, according to state police.

Jeffrey M. Putnam, 48, was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of a firearm, all felonies, police said.

He was ordered held on $30,000 bail.
