GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur resident was charged with a felony following a prison contraband complaint on March 9, according to state police.
Troopers said they charged Edgar A. Rodriguez, 32, was charged with knowingly introducing dangerous prison contraband, a felony, officers said.
He was jailed without hail at 8:16 a.m. on Sept. 30, police said.
