GOUVERNEUR — An Edwards man was charged after allegedly punching another person in the face at Stewart’s, 90 West Main St., according to village police.
Shayne D. Miller, 34, was charged with second-degree harassment at 11:02 a.m. on Sept. 1, police said.
He reportedly struck another person in the cheek with a closed fist, which caused the victim to lose their balance and fall back into a chair, police said.
Miller was cited and released, officers said.
