CRARY MILLS – Community, coffee and conversation with Roger Bailey will be held Tuesday, Sept. 24, 4-5:30 p.m. at Crary Mills Community Center, 35 Post Rd.

Share personal stories, regional history, and learn about the notable families of Canton, Pierrepont, and Potsdam in and around Crary Mills.

History enthusiast Roger Bailey, who is interested in discovering and preserving local history, will lead the presentation and show an array of photos from his collection.

The Community Center will offer coffee, tea, and homemade pie as those attending share firsthand experiences and remembrances about the historic buildings, landscapes and people who established our community.

Bailey will display a number of large vintage photos of places you may recognize.

Established in 1984, the nonprofit Crary Mills Community Center (previously Grange Hall) provides social and recreational needs for the people residing in and around the Tri Town area of Canton, Pierrepont and Potsdam.
