POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Food Co-op's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee will host speaker and activist Gabby Davis who will present "Dissecting the Definition of Eating Healthy" on Friday, Sept. 20, at 7-9 p.m. at the HEARTH at SUNY Potsdam. Davis is the racial equity and food justice manager for National Co+op Grocers based in Saint Paul, Minn., and the treasurer for Detroit People’s Food Co-op opening in Detroit.
