OSWEGATCHIE — A Canton man was charged stemming from an alleged domestic dispute on State Highway 812, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Ryan P. Caldwell, 37, was charged with criminal mischief Sept. 6 after allegedly intentionally damaging property belonging to another person, officers said.
Caldwell was arraigned by Judge Burns in Lisbon court and released on his own recognizance, deputies said.
A stay away order of protection was issued in favor of the victim.
