CANTON – Brian Arbuckle from Canton, assigned to Company B, 2-108th Infantry in the New York Army National Guard, has been promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Major General Ray Shields, the Adjutant General for the State of New York, said his promotion is based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential, in recognition of his capability for additional responsibility and leadership.
