GOUVERNEUR — Two people have been charged following prison contraband complaints made on May 10, according to state police.
Damar Scott, 24 and Kerri Bailey, 44, both of Gouverneur, were charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of dangerous prison contraband, felonies, police said.
Both subjects were listed as held.
