POTSDAM -- A Potsdam woman was charged June 30 stemming from a dispute with her housemate on Elderkin Street, according to village police.
Tiffany M. Koen, 38, was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment at 10:23 p.m., officers said.
She allegedly struck her housemate in the head while holding a knife during an argument.
Koen was cited and released.
An order of protection was issued in favor of the victim, police said.
