Police say Justin M. Currier, 33, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: Narcotic intent to sell (both B Felony charges) and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: Narcotic (both B Felony charges).
Currier was transported to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility to be arraigned in St. Lawrence County Court at a later date.
