CANTON — Canton Central is closing early due following a positive COVID-19 test among its staff, according to school officials.
“Canton Central School will be closing for in-person instruction at 11:00 today,” district officials said on their Facebook page. “We need to conduct contact tracing for a staff member who has tested positive for COVID-19.”
Earlier today school officials said they were only closing the elementary school due to a positive test.
No other details were available.
