To the Editor:

As a resident of Stockholm, I support Glenn Webster for St. Lawrence County Legislator for District 11. Glenn has proven his effectiveness in local government while serving as a Norwood Village trustee. He was instrumental in getting the lighting project in Norwood through.

The town of Stockholm leaned on some of Glenn’s expertise in reducing our own lighting district costs. And in fact the town of Stockholm will save thousands of dollars going forward. Glenn Webster was helpful in that process.

Another reason I support Glenn is the fact that he is a business owner. Business owners have a unique perspective on economic growth and activity as well as saving money and budgeting. Glenn will bring that perspective to local government which will be very beneficial. As a business owner whose had to provide for a family, I feel Glenn better represents our local population.

Finally, Glenn Webster has been very active in the community. As he has grown his businesses he has taken time and resources to give back to local charities and other organizations. He has donated to fire departments, food pantries, VFWs and more. By so doing Mr Webster has shown how much he cares about the people in our area.

It would be an honor to have Glenn Webster represent District 11 on the St Lawrence County Board of Legislators. In deciding who to vote for please consider Glenn Webster.
