HEUVELTON — A local restaurant raised money for St. Lawrence County Toys for Tots through a fish fry.
Steven Bogardus, owner operator of L.E.A.'s Diner, 90 State St., donated over $200 that he and his wife Tasha raised by donating $1 for every fish fry sold at their diner and encouraging customers to do the same.
Bogardus is a veteran and very community involved, said Derrick Conway of St. Lawrence County Toys for Tots.
