STOCKHOLM — A Winthrop man was charged Sunday night stemming from an alleged domestic dispute, according to state police.
Spencer L. Planty, 42, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 10:16 p.m., officers said.
An investigation determined Planty, and the victim were involved in a verbal argument, when Planty took the victims cell phone and broke it, officers said. The victim reportedly had another cell phone, and when contacting for help, Planty broke that phone as well.
He was cited and released, officers said.
