Rain is expected most of the day, but will likely trail off after 4 p.m., forecasters predict. Highs will be around 48 with winds 6-14 mph.

The overnight low will be around 34 with a high Thursday around 47. Drier weather will return Thursday night through Friday night, the service says.

Additional precipitation is expected over the weekend, NWS says.
