WADDINGTON — A Waddington man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a two vehicle accident on Oak Street June 21, according to state police.
Chad Kirkey, 39, was charged with first-offense DWI at 2:19 p.m., police said.
No injured were reported in the accident.
Kirkey was cited and released to a third party, police said.
