To: The person or persons living in the West Orvis Street area who walk or drive using the sidewalk

by WEST ORVIS APARTMENTS to Andrews Street and to Main Street that stole my mail package in

front of my mail box on Wednesday Sept 11th 2024... It was a rude, pathetic, disgusting personal attack

on myself. I hope perhaps you are smart enough to realize that you have committed a

Federal criminal offense, you have a choice you can return the 21 inch by 24 inch package back

to where you stole it from late in the evening or night. There is no doubt in my mind the items

in that package is no interest or use for you!

Remember Karma works in strange ways.
