Two SLC residents face drug charges following personal-injury accident in Massena

MASSENA -- A Brasher Falls resident was charged Saturday morning following a personal-injury accident, according to state police.

Terry A. Lamay, 30, Brasher Falls, was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 5:50 a.m., officers said.

Troopers also charged 29-year old Brandi D. Smith, Massena, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.

Both were cited and released.
