POTSDAM -- The Tour de Potsdam Fun Walk/Run will kick off the 2024 Potsdam Summer Festival on Thursday evening July 11. 

 This is the 21st year that this event is being held as part of the Summer Festival. This year, Potsdam Elks Lodge #2074 will be hosting the Tour De Potsdam.  

The 2024 Tour de Potsdam will begin at Waverly Street near the Beal Street Parking Lot, proceed along Waverly, Pleasant, Leroy, Stevie's Trail, Castle Drive, Leroy, Bradley, Circle Drive and return to the start line along Leroy, Grove and Waverly. 

The cost is $20 per runner. 

Children under 10 are free with at least one registered adult.  

Registration will occur on the day of the event. 

Pre-Registration is available and encouraged. 

Registration the day of the event will begin at 5:15 p.m. in the Beal Street parking lot area behind the former Potsdam Laundry. 

To pre-register, download the registration form at the Potsdam BPOE 2074 Facebook page or Potsdam Chamber website and fax completed form to 315-265-2066.

All Payments will be accepted the day of the event at registration. 

Walkers will begin at 5:45 p.m. with the runners following with a 6:15 p.m. start. 

Awards will be presented to top finishers in various running divisions and the top male and female walkers. 

All paid participants will receive a voucher for a 2024 Summerfest t-shirt that can be picked up at the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce following the run.
