GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur teen was charged with felonies following theft complaints, according to state police.
Archie A. McIntosh, 19, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree forgery, felonies, stemming from a March 6 larceny complaint, police said.
He was also charged with a felony count of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felony, officers said. That charge stemmed from a vehicle theft complaint made to troopers on April 9.
McIntosh was released on his own recognizance, police said.
