POTSDAM – State police are investigating an incident in which two people are accused of stealing more than $400 worth the Magic: The Gathering cards from Walmart.
The male and female suspects entered the store at approximately 6:07 p.m., according to state police.
The male was wearing a dark coat, dark shirt, dark hat, blue jeans and white shoes. The female was wearing a dark coat and has red/brown hair.[img_assist|nid=191694|title=|desc=|link=none|align=right|width=250|height=174]
Troopers say the male placed $402.62 worth of Magic cards in his coat while the female stood next to him, blocking the view of him stealing the merchandise.
They were in the store for about 10 minutes, then exited the store without paying for any items, police said.
State police say they ask anyone who can identify the two to call 315- 379-0012.
