MORRISTOWN -- Three faces drug charges following a traffic stop Tuesday, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies.
On July 16, 2024, at about 6:28 p.m. the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a vehicle on State Highway 37 in the Town of Morristown for speed in zone and inadequate muffler.
During the vehicle stop St. Lawrence County Deputies along with the assistance of K-9 Shelly and New York State Troopers located approximately 2,400 packets of fentanyl.
Sydnee J. Harbour, 28, of Lisbon, Mychael A. Kendall, 38 of Lisbon and Tyler C. Brabant, 29, of Ogdensburg, were all charged for criminal possession of a controlled Substance in the third degree (B-felonies).
Harbour, who was the operator of the vehicle, was also issued two traffic tickets for the speed in zone and inadequate muffler.
All three subjects were arraigned in the Town of Morristown Court by Judge Phillips, where they were all released due to bail reform. They are all due back in court on a later date for further court proceedings.
