POTSDAM -- Services for Mr. Richard (Dick) Mulkin, 88 of Potsdam, NY, who passed away on May 12, 2024, will be held on June 29th.
Arrangements are with the Garner Funeral Service of Potsdam.
Visitation will be held at the Garner Funeral Service on Saturday from 1-3 pm.
There will be a brief service at the funeral home at 3pm and then move on Bayside Cemetery for a burial with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West Stockholm First Responders, or the Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad.
