Lynita Shere Hull, 43, Madrid

MADRID -- Lynita Shere Hull was born in Schenectady, NY the day after Christmas, 1980, the same day of an historic deep-freeze. Lynita was the first child born to her parents William Hull and Deborah (Hull) Forfa.

She was raised in Schenectady, and later moved with her dad, brother, Mark, & step-mother, Nancy Hull to a home her father built in New Baltimore, NY.

She was soon joined by two little brothers (Benjamin Hull and Jonathan Forfa) and little sister (Anastasia Hull). She loved them all dearly and was a wonderful big sister.

Lynita lived and worked in the Albany, NY area before relocating to Northern New York to be close to family.

Here, she met her fiancée Zachary Eng, who loved her very much.

Lynita will be missed greatly and remembered for her laugh, her devotion to nieces & nephews, her famous deviled eggs, her love for her cats, her work-ethic, and her presence at many family dinners.

Lynita is survived by her father, William Hull (Nancy) of Madrid, NY, her mother, Deborah Forfa (Peter) , of Canton, NC, brother, Mark Hull (Thuli) of Madrid, NY, brother, Jonathan Forfa of Asheville, NC, brother, Benjamin Hull (Liana) of Madrid, NY, sister, Anastasia Cote of Norwood, NY, her fiancée, Zachary Eng (Madrid, NY) and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by Jean Kaylor, Jean Oathout, and Janet Cembalski, grandmothers.

Calling hours for Lynita will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, at the Phillips Memorial Home from 4:00pm until time of services at 6:00pm.

Burial to take place at the convenience of the family.

Her faith was in Jesus, and we rejoice she is at rest in His everlasting arms.
