Nichole L. Harmer, 41, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree obstructing governmental agency and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, police said.

She was also cited for operating a vehicle without inspection, operating a vehicle without insurance, and circumventing an interlock device, police said.
