POTSDAM — A Potsdam woman was charged with drug possession following a report of an ATV accident on June 27, according to village police.
Nichole L. Harmer, 41, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree obstructing governmental agency and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, police said.
She was also cited for operating a vehicle without inspection, operating a vehicle without insurance, and circumventing an interlock device, police said.
She was allegedly in possession of 18 grams of MDA, a hallucinogenic substance, officers said.
Harmer was arraigned in Norfolk court and released, officers said.
