POTSDAM — A Potsdam resident was charged with drug possession Tuesday afternoon, according to state police.
Steele D. Floyd, 28, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 4:20 p.m., police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
