Shradhareddy Pulla, 23, Potsdam, was charged with passing a steady red signal and being an unlicensed operator on Market Street on May 22.

The tickets are returnable in  Potsdam Town Court on June 5.

Pulla was ticketed after patrol observed her pass a steady red signal. Pulla was found to have a permit only.

Prabhuteja Gande, 23, Potsdam, was charged with speed in a zone at 4:53 p.m. on May 22 on Prospect Street.

Gande was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket after patrol observed him traveling at a high rate of speed (56 mph in a 30 mph zone.)

The ticket is returnable in  Potsdam Town Court on June 5.

John L. Collins, 41, Potsdam, was ticketed for no/inadequate headlights at  9:37 p.m. on May 22 on Market Street. The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on June 5.
