OSWEGATCHIE -- An Oswegatchie man was charged Feb. 9 stemming from an alleged domestic dispute on CR 4 the day prior, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Steven F. Mills, 38, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment, officers said.
An order of protection was issued in favor of the victim, deputies said.
Mills was cited and released, officers said.
