OGDENSBURG -- Citing the best year on record jumpers came from around the county to jump into the frozen St. Lawrence River at Ogdensburg's Polar Bear Plunge. Jumpers raised a record breaking $7,775. Proceeds were divided between the Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue Squad and the Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.
