OGDENSBURG — Music and rain filled the air at the Seaway International Summer Festival in Ogdensburg on Saturday, July 29.
Several local marching bands performed, despite the rain Saturday morning.
Parade results: Best American Flag Line - OFA; Best Twirling Flags - Lisbon; Best Rifles/Batons - OFA; Best Majorette - Heuvelton; Best Mascot - Gouverneur; Best Woodwinds - Lisbon; Best Percussion - Lisbon; Best Horn Line - OFA; Best Soloist - OFA Trumpet; Best Ensemble - Heuvelton Percussion; Highest Marching Score -- OFA;  Highest General Effect Score - OFA; Highest Musical Analysis Score -  Lisbon; Class C 3rd Place - Morristown; 2nd Place - Heuvelton; 1st Place - Lisbon; Class B 1st Place - Gouverneur; Class A 1st Place - OFA.

Other bands performing in the parade were Blues Brothers Jazz Band, Funky Carnival Band, TWA Percussion, Glengarry Pipes & Drums, and Montreal Pipes & Drums.
