MASSENA — Massena Central School has received a donation from Massena Elks Lodge 1702.

This donation, made possible through the collaborative efforts of John Root, Grant Coordinator at the Elks, and Emily Kimble, Community Schools Coordinator at Massena Central, will be used to purchase essential school supplies and other necessities for our students.

The funds, sourced from the Elks Lodge ENF Gratitude Grant, were presented by Matt LeBire Lecturing Knight, Chris Hooper Trustee, Phil St. Amand Secretary, Emily Kimble Massena Community Schools Coordinator in a recent ceremony.

This contribution comes at a crucial time, as many families in our community face economic

challenges.

The donation will ensure that students at Massena Central School have access to the materials they need to succeed academically.

"We are deeply grateful to Elks Lodge 1702 for their generosity and support," said Kimble. "This donation, facilitated by the dedicated efforts of John Root, will make a significant difference in the lives of our students by providing them with the necessary tools for a successful school year."

The Elks Lodge ENF Gratitude Grant is dedicated to supporting local communities through various charitable initiatives. This recent donation to Massena Central School reflects their ongoing commitment to education and community wellbeing.
