LOUISVILLE — Two St. Lawrence County residents were charged with assaulting a child under age 7, according to state police.
Kelsey A. Dox-Clement, 26, Massena was charged with second-degree assault, acting in a manner injurious to a child and making a false written statement, officers said.
Richard A. Martin, 29, Norfolk, was charged with second-degree assault, acting in a manner injurious to a child, police said.
The arrest status for both subjects was not made public.
