Larissa Carlin, 35, was charged with a felony count of leaving the scene of a personal-injury accident, deputies said.
During the investigation deputies discovered that Carlin was driving southwest on CR 14 when she struck an Amish buggy from behind.
There was one adult male and two juveniles inside the buggy, officers said. Injury details were not provided.
Deputies said the arrest was thanks to vigilance from local residents.
