MASSENA -- KFC in Massena celebrates their one-year anniversary on Thursday, August 11.

The restaurant, which is part of the White Management Family of Restaurants, will offer specials, give away prizes, host a live radio remote, and support Massena Central School’s Ready 4 School program.

The KFC restaurant is partnering with Massena Central School to support their Ready 4 School program by hosting an In-Store Fundraiser from 3 to 6 p.m.. During that time, 20% of all sales will be donated back to the MCS Ready 4 School program, which provides in-need Massena families with essential items for a successful school year.

All meal purchases during that time—in-store, drive-thru, or via the KFC app, website, or Grub Hub—will all donate back to Ready 4 School.

Q Country 102.9 FM will be live-broadcasting from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. A KFC Poutine special runs all day long, offering customers $1 off a $5.99 bowl of fries, gravy, and cheese. KFC-branded water bottles, backpacks, t-shirts, discount coupons, and coozies will be awarded throughout the day. The KFC Chicken, who recently made an appearance at the Massena Mega Reunion, will be on-site to spread the excitement.

The KFC restaurant, managed by Cameron Hanson-Brown, is located at 371 South Main Street in Massena, and is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
