POTSDAM – Arrangements for Kay E. Cayey, 78, a resident of Debra Drive, Potsdam and formerly of Wildwood Road, Colton, are incomplete at this time with the Buck Funeral Home in Colton.

Mrs. Cayey passed away at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital after a brief stay.
