ROSSIE — A Gouverneur man was charged with driving while ability impaired on CR 26, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Thomas R. Love, 55, was charged with DWAI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, insufficient signal less than 100 feet, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
His blood-alcohol content was allegedly .07%.
Love was found in possession of about one gram of methamphetamine, officers said.
He was cited and released, police said.
