WADDINGTON – The folk pop group Firefly will perform at the next Waddington Historical Association's Harmony & History Concert scheduled for Friday, Oct. 11 from 6:30-8 p.m. at the St. Paul's Village Venue on Lincoln Avenue.
This free concert is open to all ages.
The Potsdam-based band consists of Jennifer Kessler (vocals/violin), Mark Seymour (percussion), Ryan Deuel (bass/guitar) and Matt Bullwinkel (keys),
The group is inspired by Friday night fire sitting and artists like Madison Cunningham, Rufus Wainwright and Bonnie Raitt.
The Concert Series is dedicated to the memory of Kathy Hubbard, former MWCS music teacher, and mother of band member Jennifer Kessler.
The concert is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York Site Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by the St. Lawrence County Arts Council.
