MASSENA — There will be an eclipse viewing area at Barnhart Beach with activities by Nicandri Nature Center under the marina pavilion on April 8 from noon-5 p.m. Barnhart Beach parking lot will be open to accept about 250 cars. Patrons can walk to the marina area for the best viewing and for the presentations. Portajohns will be located near the tollbooth and pavilion. Limited staffing onsite to help with parking. Carry in and carry out. No overnight stays.
