RENSSELEAR FALLS -- An Autumn UpFest, sponsored by the Down Syndrome Association of St. Lawrence County (DSA of SLC), will be held Oct. 19 at 2 p.m. at Applewoods Orchards, 176 Johnson Rd. Cornmaze, hayrides, and playground available, along with crafts, games, food and drink offered by the DSAof SLC.
